1.Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows part 2(predicted winner)
The part 2 of the final installment seem to have lots and better visual effects than all the other films of the franchise.The war scene is produced beautifully.Dementors,giant spider,giants and walking statue....and the dragon scene in the gringotts is perfect.It is time for the potter movies to win an Oscar.
2.Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes
The visual effects on the film Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes is one of the many plus point of the film.Visually the apes looks so real which reminds us last year 2009 winner avatar(2009).The only difference is this film is filmed mostly outdoors instead of filming in a studio.
3.Hugo Cabaret
Based on the trailer the film Hugo had some beautiful visuals.We have have to wait for the film to be released to make sure whether the rest of the film is same.
4.The Tree Of Life
Terrence Malick films are always considered as masterpieces and actors dreams to work in his film.Besides the amazing cinematography in the film,.the film also had some amazing visual effects,especially during the scenes regarding formation of the earth and life.
5.Immortals
The film Immortals will be releasing worldwide this 11th of November but already having some major buzz in the technical area.Based solely on the trailer, the film had some really good visual effects scenes.Almost all the environment and surrounding are created using CG and the glimpses of the war scenes look good too.
