-Well deserved. His portrayal of the beloved president was very authentic and Joaquin Phoenix silly comments costs him his first award.

- I found the Deep Blue Sea was bit dragging and slow but the performance of Rachel Weisz as the depressive women in an affair,Tom Hiddleston  as her passionate lover to be the plus point and the amazing cinematography during the slow motioned scenes to be the plus points.
